Just A Few Points To Keep In Mind...

All of our rates are quoted in South African Rands, inclusive of 14% VAT, subject to availability and excludes all items of a personal nature (laundry, beverages, meals not specified, telephone calls etc).

In order to avoid any penalties/cancellation fees, all cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days prior to the arrival date, via email to our reservation department at headoffice@istayrentals.com.

Cancellation requests will only be effective once an iStay Rentals representative has acknowledged receipt and has confirmed the said cancellation.

 

Bookings cancelled between peak periods are subject to a cancellation fee between 50-100% of the booking value if the entire stay is cancelled within 3-7 days prior to the arrival date.
