Am I Guaranteed Availability?
 

iStay Rentals has negotiated rates with a wide network of hotels and apartment buildings in and around all major cities within South Africa, Botswana and Mozambique. Being able to guarantee availability in peak or high demand seasons is difficult with the rates that we are able to offer. While every effort is made to place clients, there are times when we simply don't have discounted rooms from hotels or corporate apartments.

Are My Employees & Their Personal Information Safe?
 

iStay Rentals is essentially an online booking agent, acting on your behalf with hotels and corporate apartments within our portfolio. We never disclose information of our bookings or other clients to anyone and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Are The Rates Quoted Guaranteed?
 

iStay Rentals books nights at the hotels and corporate apartments within our portfolio based on our estimate of seasonality, rate hikes and corporate demands. Because of this we are able to quote prices that are on average 10-20% cheaper than what most corporates would attain. Once a booking has been confirmed and a voucher sent, the price is set and will not change until the end of the booking period. If there is a requirement for an extension, a new rate will be quoted.
